Nathan Neil is COO and co-founder of Purple Deck Media, Inc. Purple Deck Media (PDM) is a revolutionary company that is changing the way our society looks at user interaction. PDM has developed a wide array of mobile tools using mobile applications, beacons, geofences, and near field communication to facilitate an interactive experience. PDM has been recognized as a finalist in the PA BIG Idea Competition and as finalist in the Governor’s ImPAct Awards. Nathan is a graduate of Shippensburg University, where he graduated with a BSBA in Management of Information Systems. While he was at Shippensburg, he was awarded an undergraduate research award for one of his earlier software projects. In addition he was a three time award winner of the Grace Murray Hopper Prize and Intel Excellence in Computer Science Award, along with many others. Neil has formed a specialty in development projects and cyber security. A member of Infragard and one of 103.7 News Talk FM’s Most Interesting People, speaking every Thursday at 7:10am. Neil works hard to inform the public about security concerns and how to avoid them. This security background is built into Purple Deck Media’s platform, further providing a secure way to deliver information. Shaun Donovan has confirmed that he will be speaking at the 2015 Scotland Summit on September 25th, 2015. Shaun Donovan is the Economic Development Specialist for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation. His role includes helping businesses start, expand and locate within the Harrisburg Metropolitan area. Additionally, I am the administrator for the Harrisburg Technology Corridor Enterprise Zone and Keystone Opportunity Zones in South Central Pennsylvania. He also coordinates the Partnerships for Regional Economic Performance (PREP) and Jobs1st programs for the eight county South Central Pennsylvania region. his goal is to provide resources for businesses to be successful and build the local economy. Prior to working for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & Capital Region Economic Development Corporation, he worked as an executive for the Boy Scouts of America in York, PA, and spent 2 years working for Giant Food Stores in the corporate offices in Carlisle, PA in the accounting department. Tracey C. Jones is the president of Tremendous Life Books. Her father, the late Charlie “Tremendous”  Jones, started Executive Books for the purpose of changing the world one book at a time. With an exceptional leadership background, Tracey became the company’s new president in 2009 in order to carry on her father’s legacy.  Tracey was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. As a high school graduate anxious to see the world, she attended New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM, earning an associates degree and an appointment to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In 1988, she earned her degree and commission and entered the Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. Her first assignment to Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina took her overseas, where she participated in the first Gulf War. Upon her return to the States, Tracey moved to Bitburg Air Base, Germany and then RAF Lakenheath, UK where she honed her operational skills and filled command roles of increasing responsibility.  After twelve years as a commissioned officer, Tracey left the Air Force in 2000 and moved to Austin, Texas working for a top manufacturing firm in the semiconductor industry. There, she continued to develop her skills, this time in the civilian workforce as a project manager. While there, she earned an MBA in Global Management.
